The terms for using this site.
Reading this site and sending the consultation form does not buy anything, create an account, or sign you up for the platform. The contract for the platform is a separate document you would sign later, and these terms are not it.
1. What these terms cover
These terms cover your use of the public Supreme Scaling website at supremescaling.com. They apply from the moment you use the site. If you do not agree with them, please do not use it.
2. What this site is
This site describes what Supreme Scaling does and lets you apply for a consultation. It is information and an application form. It is not the platform, and it does not give you the platform.
3. The consultation form
Sending the form creates a request for a person to review. It does not create an account, give you access to anything, start a subscription, or form a contract for services. An answer may be a fit call or an honest not right now. Setting up a customer happens later, by hand, and only after a conversation confirms the fit.
4. Using the site fairly
Use the site lawfully. Do not try to disrupt it, break into it, scrape it in a way that degrades it for anyone else, or send false or automated form entries. We limit each source to five submissions every ten minutes, and we may refuse or block use that threatens the site or anyone using it.
5. What belongs to whom
The content, design, code, and marks on this site belong to Supreme Scaling LLC or to the people who license them to us. You may read the site and share a link to it. You may not copy it, republish it, or use it to build a competing product.
Certified Roofing Specialists Inc. is named on this site as the founding operator and proof source. That is a real, attributable fact about a separate company, not a product claim.
6. Numbers on this site
Figures shown here describe results at the founding operator and in the product itself. They describe what has happened, not what will happen for you. Nothing on this site is a promise of a result, and nothing on it is legal, financial, tax, employment, or professional advice.
7. No warranty
This site is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or accurate at every moment, and we disclaim the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the extent the law allows.
8. Limit on liability
To the extent the law allows, Supreme Scaling LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or lost business, arising from your use of this website. This section covers this website only. If you become a customer, the Terms of Service set the limits that govern the platform, and they replace this section for anything to do with the platform.
9. Governing law
New Jersey law governs these terms, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute about this website goes to the state or federal courts in New Jersey. Supreme Scaling LLC is a New Jersey limited liability company, and that is the reason.
