How this site handles your data.

1. What this notice covers

This notice covers the public Supreme Scaling website at supremescaling.com. It covers the consultation form and the page counter, because those are the only two things here that collect anything.

2. What we collect

The site is built to ask for as little as it can. There are two sources, and this is the complete list of both.

2.1 The consultation form

You choose to send these. Nine are required:

• Your company name.
• Your industry, your revenue band, and your team size, each picked from a list.
• Where you operate, as a state or a metro area.
• Your role and the goal that matters most to you right now, each picked from a list.
• Your name and your work email.

Three more are optional, and the form works fine if you skip all three:

• The tools you already use.
• Your timeline.
• The one thing you would fix first, in your own words, up to 800 characters.

You also tick a box telling us we may reply. The box is never ticked for you, and the server refuses the form without it.

2.2 What the form saves alongside your answers

We save your browser's user-agent string, shortened to 200 characters, so we can tell a real submission from a bot. We do not save your IP address. Our server holds it in memory for up to ten minutes to stop one source flooding the form, and then it is gone. It is never written to a file.

2.3 Data we refuse to take

The form never asks for a Social Security number, a card number, a bank routing or account number, or a password. It also checks for them. If you paste one into a free-text box, the server rejects the whole submission and stores nothing, and it tells you which field to fix.

2.4 Page counts, only if you turn them on

The counter is off until you allow it, and the choice you are shown starts at declined. When you allow it, each page view sends the page path, with the query string and the part after the "#" stripped out, plus the time. That is the entire message. There is no cookie, no stored identifier, no profile, and no way to tie one view to another or to you. If your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control, the counter turns itself off and stays off whatever you chose.

3. Cookies and browser storage

This site sets no advertising cookies and no tracking cookies. It keeps two small settings in your own browser: your light or dark theme choice, and your answer to the analytics question. Both are preferences, both stay on your device, and neither identifies you. Clearing your browser storage removes both.

4. How we use what you send

We read your consultation request to decide whether we are a fit, and a person replies to you by email. We use page counts, when you allow them, to see which pages are worth keeping. We do not sell personal information, we do not share it for advertising, and we do not use your request to build any profile of you.

5. What a submission does not do

Sending the form creates a request for a person to read. It does not create an account, grant access to the platform, start a subscription, or form a contract. The software that receives it cannot create an account, because no such path exists in it. Setting up a customer is a manual step a person takes later, after a conversation.

6. Who else touches it

One company other than us: Render, which hosts this website. Render's servers hold the site and the file your request is saved into.

There is nobody else, and we would rather list that plainly than pad it. This site uses no email service, no analytics company, no advertising network, no customer-data platform, and no third-party form or chat widget. The messages our software writes when a request arrives are saved to a log file on the same server rather than mailed anywhere, so no mail provider ever sees your details. If we add a company that handles your data, we will name it on this page before we start using it.

7. Where your data is held

We hold this site and your consultation request on Render's infrastructure, in the Ohio (US East) region. Supreme Scaling sells its platform to businesses in the United States only.

8. How long we keep it, and how it is protected

We keep your consultation request until a person deletes it. No automatic cleanup runs on this site yet. We are telling you that instead of promising you a timer we have not built. Ask us using the address in Section 11 and a person will delete your request.

We protect it by collecting almost nothing. The form refuses sensitive data, your IP address never reaches a file, and the request is stored apart from every customer system, in a plain file that no database connects to. That file sits on Render's servers and is protected by Render's controls on that machine. We do not add encryption of our own on top of it, and we would rather say so than imply protection we have not built. No system is perfectly secure.

9. Your choices

• Turn page counts on or off whenever you like, using the analytics control in the footer of every page. Your choice sticks.
• Ask to see, correct, or delete anything you sent us. Write to the address in Section 11 and a person will do it by hand.
• Ask us to stop contacting you, and we will stop.

10. Children

This is a site for businesses. It is not aimed at children, and we do not knowingly collect anything from them.

If we change this notice we will post the new version here and change the effective date at the top. We will not make a change quietly.
