Here's how it works: The business owner gets a completely free strategy call with Grant (usually 30–45 minutes). On the call I ask targeted questions to find the bottleneck holding their business back from the next level of growth. Then I deliver a clear, actionable plan to fix it.
Businesses always have problems: solve one and another inevitably appears as they grow. The free call lets them test the value with zero financial risk. If they like my process and want ongoing support to solve future problems better and faster, we can set up a long-term arrangement. Think of the strategy call as a free trial of what it's like to have me in their corner for smarter, quicker decisions.
To make the call effective, all they need to do is fill out this survey. It gives me basic information on their business so I can research ahead of time and come prepared to add immediate value.
The most important part: this works best when the owner is genuinely serious about growth and ready to put in the effort. That's why your personal intro is key. It would work best if you could frame it with a bit of context about me, like how you know me and a quick note on what I do.
For any referral that turns into a paying client, I’ll give you (or a charity of your choice) 20% of everything I earn with them for the entire first year, with no cap. $10k in fees = $2k bonus. $100k = $20k.
