Grant Ritchie is the founder of Supreme Scaling, a business built on the belief that capitalism—when done right—creates shared wins for everyone involved. Supreme Scaling consults with businesses to help them grow, through deliberate strategy, smart resource allocation, and improved decision-making.

Grant graduated from Florida State University, Summa Cum Laude, in under two years with a BS in Accounting and Finance. His academic journey was fueled by a deep

curiosity and a desire to understand how the world works—especially in the context of business. That same curiosity continues to guide his work today.

Before founding Supreme Scaling, Grant spent most of his time learning—drawing lessons from history’s great thinkers, entrepreneurs, and innovators. He spent over 4,000 hours studying their ideas to learn how to make better decisions and think more clearly. Those lessons are now the foundation of how he helps business owners solve problems and grow faster.

At the heart of his work is a belief in integrity, high agency, competitive greatness, and continuous improvement. He started Supreme Scaling to live out those values by helping others build companies that are not only profitable, but also meaningful.

Outside of work, he’s a self-improvement enthusiast and finds purpose in helping 

others improve their lives and pursue their goals with intention and confidence.
