Grant Ritchie is the founder of Supreme Scaling, a company built on the belief that capitalism—when done right—creates shared wins for everyone involved. The company consults with businesses to help them grow, through deliberate strategy, smart resource allocation, and improved decision-making.

Grant graduated from Florida State University, Summa Cum Laude, in under two years with a BS in Accounting and Finance. His academic journey was fueled by a deep curiosity and a desire to understand how the world works—especially in the context of business. That same curiosity continues to guide his work today.

Before founding Supreme Scaling, Grant spent most of his time learning—drawing lessons from history’s great thinkers, entrepreneurs, and innovators. Over the years, he became known for his strategic thinking, discipline, and commitment to excellence—skills that now help business owners turn ideas into lasting results.

At the heart of his work is a belief in integrity, high agency, competitive greatness, and continuous improvement. He started Supreme Scaling to live out those values by helping others build companies that are not only profitable, but also meaningful—companies that challenge people to grow, reward those who do the right thing, and deliver real value to the world.

Outside of work, he’s a fitness enthusiast and finds purpose in helping others improve their lives and pursue their goals with intention and confidence.
